Histoire de Dom Bougre is an erotic French novel from 1741 about an older man looking back on his love life. Allegedly the anonymous author was Jean-Charles Gervaise de Latouche. The edition of 1748 included twenty colored engravings made by an unknown artist which were deemed indecent because they mixed sex with religion.
